PANMI is a modern toast-focused café concept inspired by Korean-Japanese café culture and tailored for the UAE market with a fusion of local flavors like karak, zafran, and rose. From concept creation and brand identity to detailed feasibility studies our team has built this project from the ground up. As lead consultants, we are managing the full turnkey execution — including design, operations, recruitment, and launch — bringing PANMI to life as a one-of-a-kind lifestyle F&B experience.
