We worked with Steigenberger team’s House of Beats brand, a vibrant lifestyle brand under the Steigenberger Hotels umbrella, to develop the full food and beverage concept for their first resort project in Saudi Arabia. This dynamic collaboration involved in-depth market research and the creation of curated street food concepts that resonate with the tastes, trends, and cultural expectations of a new generation of travelers.
SCOPE OF WORK
- Create the full F&B concept for the hotel’s first entry into KSA.
The Remix Food Hall was conceptualized by our team to seamlessly offer street food experience across all day dining areas of the hotel. The creative narrative of F&B offerings were not only trend-forward but also fully aligned with the brand’s core identity and the overarching vision of Steigenberger Hotels. This project offered us a unique opportunity to explore Saudi Arabia’s evolving culinary landscape and the modern guest experience. We’re proud to have contributed to shaping an exciting, relevant, and culturally grounded F&B experience for this groundbreaking resort.
